Richard's friendly and happy demeanor made him a pleasure to deal with when we bought our house in Doubleview. As we were buying and selling at the same time, it was quite a nerve-wracking time for us but Richard made the process of submitting a subject to sale offer as stress free as possible. He provided us with regular updates, was always positive and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. Throughout the settlement process he has readily and promptly answered all of our questions about our new property and has happily contacted the sellers with any questions we have had along the way.
