Brad acted for the vendor. I was the buyer on behalf of my aged parents. The property is a strata title resident. Brad was extremely knowledgeable on strata title issues which was pivotal as there was a common property structural issue that had to be dealt with. His communication with the vendors and me as the buyer was excellent. Because of the strata title issues the sale was in jeopardy and Brad's persistence overcame the issues. Brad certainly earned his commission. I would recommend him to any vendor (only after recommending my sister who is also a real estate agent!!!).

Having much to do with real estate people over the years I have found two who are totally professional. Richard Clucas is one of these two people. I found buying an investment property in Doubleview frustrating. Much of the information agents were giving was at best vague. Richards knowledge of the property I purchased was very thorough, as was his knowledge of the area and recent sales. Based on this information an offer was written up. Although this was slightly above my first thoughts, it was fair, and accepted by the vendor. Richard's professionalism and assistance did not end there. Prior to settlement Richard continued to act as a mediator between Vendor and Buyer making the settlement both simple and on time. When next needing real estate advise or services in Perth I will be talking to Richard.
