Although we found the experience quite stressful we felt Troy had our interests at heart. I would not recommend going to auction. When we finally sold we were reasonably happy with the price we obtained. At no time did Troy try to talk us into reducing the price by a large amount. The settlement time was negotiated very well.

They were engaged but not pushy and it was clear they put a lot of effort into ensuring their properties were shown at their best. As a purchaser I didn't have as many dealings with Troy compared with the vendor, however I was very satisfied and appreciative for all of the value added assistance provide by him and all of the wonderful staff at Belle Property. When I had a late issue with finance for the purchase at auction, Troy was able to provide valuable assistance both procedurally and by helping put me in touch with some of his industry contacts. At the end of the day, I would consider that both myself and the vendor walked away pleased after the deal and I will be keeping his business card in case I ever need to buy or sell in future.
