Both Daniel and Blake were consistently polite, understanding, empathetic , RESPONSIVE and always attending to any concern or maintenance request promptly with no hesitation. Blake and Tim were great to deal with, Blake was knowledgeable and easy to deal with when viewing the property, the application process was easy, and we had an answer back quickly. Tim answered all our questions in a timely manner when arranging the lease and both agents are very respectful,friendly and professional. There was a slight issue with pool certification but this was not reflective of the agents and was a compliance issue which should be solved quickly. All in all a really good experience.
