I heard about Home Estate Agents from my friend who had just rented out an apartment with them 6 months prior. He said that they came super prepared, blowing all the competition out of the water. Naturally, I was a little skeptical at first. However, this illusion was soon dispelled. My agent was Alexi Alexander, a knowledgeable professional within whom I could see a real dedication to what he was doing. Being new to renting out an apartment, Alexi and his crew helped me to reach absolute clarity on what I needed to do and what my options were. Things like getting items serviced, how to present the apartment most nicely, organising inspections, etc., were all done quickly, well, and communicated to me in a very timely fashion. What I was most impressed with was how it took under a week to rent out the apartment and that on the day of inspections, Alexi kept me in the loop with constant updates so I could know what potential clients I might have. I think that's a sort of transparency and communication you don't always get, and I'm very appreciative of the fact that H.E.A realises that the owner would like to be in the know. Overall, I felt well-informed, well-supported and well-heard during the process. I would not hesitate to recommend Home Estate Agents in the blink of an eye (and have done so already), and in particular Alexi and his team. Many thanks!
