I am providing a review for Daniel Lo, one of Andrew's management team. But, before I do that, let me say what a breath of fresh air Andrew Anastassiou and his team at Home Real Estate are. My partner & I have two investment properties. Andrew actually came to our apartment with Ali Godfrey to finalise the management agreement and from that day it has been excellent. If there is an issue Andrew always makes himself available to resolve the matter. In this post COVID climate we lost both our tenants at Surry Hills and Potts Point. Surry Hills is notable. I had finished refurbishment on a Wednesday. Advertising pictures were taken on the Thursday the property was listed on Realestate.com.au at 11.00 am Friday and Andrew and Ali personally opened the apartment for inspection at 11.00 am Saturday, (with an enormous turnout of prospective tenants). A new lease was agreed on the Monday morning. This is where Daniel Lo comes in as the property manager. Daniel managed to negotiate a $50 increase in the proposed lease fee over the advertised rent. This is Daniel's speciality. Any owner would be pleased to know a better lease fee has been agreed. Secondly, last week, Daniel negotiated an increase in the proposed lease fee for our apartment at Potts Point - a local area with significant vacancy rates. Both new tenants are first rate and we could not be happier with the outcome. Thank you Daniel for your management.

Dominica has been amazing with the way she has been managing our properties . She was able to lease 4A Burke st for us within a week after the exisiting tenants moved out. She always answers her calls and get back to us whenever we enquire about anything . We are so pleased to have her managing our duplex . We have never encountered an agent at home estates agents who has not been friendly, helpful and passionate with his/her work.
