Carl suggested we take the Deceased Estate property to Auction.$180K over reserve He was always available for meetings on site, educating me on how best to present the Property & more importantly areas that needed to be highlighted to maximise the price . His experience showed when he advised against small renovation to kitchen & wooden floors , suggesting we wouldn't get our money back .Once a builder purchased the property I understood why . Carl , emailed me straight after each open house, the number of people attending & how many contracts were requested .He would also advise of numbers of viewing/hits on the website .We had many phone calls thru out the 6 week process & it was refreshing that all calls were answered or returned that day .
