Stressful and frustrating
From the onset and throughout our purchasing experience stressful doesn’t even begin to explain our ordeal. From turning up late to inspections, making us feel bullied into making an offer before viewing, making us feel belittled and rushed. I wouldn’t wish this treatment on anyone. Our new home was tenanted and when we choose to use a different managing agent we received a rude email asking why we didn’t go with Martin. Each meeting after this snide comments we made regarding this also. We were made promises that were not kept and are now fixing items in our new home that were meant to be done prior to settlement. Would not recommend dealing with Hood realestate.

This is the third property that Martin has bought or sold for us
Once again we had to sell a property for a relative. We went straight to Martin and his team. Martin advised us about preparing the house for sale and then he quickly put the house up for sale. The house was sold very quickly. Throughout the process we always found Martin to be very professional but also very supportive and friendly. Everyone in his team is very helpful and courteous. We really appreciated the way that we were kept informed during the whole process. We cannot thank everyone enough for the way they looked after us. We would highly recommend using Martin and his team when buying or selling property.

First rate!
So pleased that I chose Martin to sell my property. His market knowledge and marketing is outstanding. He had serious buyers inspecting the property within days of listing. The sale completed in under 6 weeks! If you are thinking about selling, Martin is the best. He kept me completely informed at all times and provided first rate advice and let me know what the managing agent hadn't been doing. I have no qualms in recommending Martin to anyone.

Chris White helped us whith every aspect of preparing and selling our lovely home of 25 years.

We felt confident to make decisions when we needed to. Chris's advice and guidance were always sound. It was hard to let go of our lovely home of 25 years and downsize.
