Professional and Efficient
I found Martin to be professional, friendly and efficient, Martin did everything he said he would. Martin advised for staging and this ensured the outcome I was looking for from my very well prepared ex rental property. Martin never set unrealistic expectation, was honest and accurate. The campaign strategy was set, the FOR SALE sign went up on Friday, an unconditional contract was presented on the following Monday at my minimum non negotiable price point, a record price for the block size and age of house was achieved. I am happy and would recommend Martin Hood. I am no property novice, I set high performance expectation for Martin and he delivered.
