We interviewed 9 different Real Estate agents to sell our executive home. From the outset, Evan was head and shoulders above his competitors. His knowledge of the market, the plan that he proposed, which was different to the "We'll list it on Real Estate.com, hand out some flyers, and run overpriced adverts in the Bulletin, was refreshing and professional. He was the only agent amongst his peers, who could confidently speak about the use of social media in the sales process, and implemented a strategy on Facebook that ultimately got the house sold. His negotiation skills with ourselves and the eventual buyers was mature and again confirmed Evan as one of the most skillful agents I have dealt with, and I have dealt with many. The house was sold for a record price for the area in 3 days! We could have asked for nothing better. I wish him and his colleagues at Hope Island Realty all the success that they deserve.
