Our first contact with this agency was with an agent called Matthew who we found extremely attentive amenable and informative. After deciding on a particular floor plan and losing out, we contacted Jason (as he appeared to have many properties in the area we sought). We told him the exact floor plan we sought and within a few weeks he got back to us with a perfect match. We found Jason to be good as he got back to us on every occasion with answers to our questions. He presented us a comprehensive info book on our arrival after the purchase and aided our visit by liaising with sellers re keys and altogether assisted a smooth purchase. (note we are interstate purchasers which could have been quite problematic.
