From the first phone call i knew we had the wright people to sell our property,friendly easy approach same day contact and excellent advice from Rebecca to get the best outcome for our property. As we were commuting from Bendigo to Horsham to arrange the sale it was comforting to have a regular update on proceedings for the sale which went through very smoothly,could not recommend a better real estate agent.

Nola’s knowledge of the local area combined with market activity is outstanding. Nola managed my property as a rental initially before selling it for me. My property was in a quite remote part of Victoria and it is 70km from her office. Nola had a number of keen buyers lined up on the first day and came out to meet them. There was little bit of communication confusion at one stage however the sale was completed very smoothly. Thanks Nola.

Appalling communication and experience. Approved countless extensions for new buyers, even after my mum said no more extensions. Nola only called 2 days after settlement to make sure it actually went though and this is because money was released to my mum so she could use this as a deposit on her new home. Nola got paid the moment the deposit was released and as a result didn’t care for the remaining duration of the sale! Myself and my mum left countless messages and sent emails in regards to organising pre handover inspection for the new buyers to which she refused to return any phone calls or respond to emails. There was no communication on the day of handover (settlement) My mum was having to get information and insight from her conveyensor as to what was happening throughout the process. And also insight from the real estate agent who she purchased her new home from. Huge percentage charges on zero effort made. More then any other real estate locally. Wouldn’t recommend at all!!! Absolutely disgusting customer service. If you want quality customer service, with attention to detail...I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I met Rebecca when I decided to sell my property, she was the only honest agent in Horsham, the other two agent that I spoke with they were easy selling agent!!! She really cared! She sold my house at the right price. She gave me advice and tips and a lot of help! I took the right decision when I choose this agency.
