Communication was sub standard from Horsham Real Estate and if I had not regularly made contact I would have lost the property to other bidders. This property was listed long before it was ready for the market and that is reflected in the fact it was on the market and no offer was excepted for around two months

Appalling communication and experience. Approved countless extensions for new buyers, even after my mum said no more extensions. Nola only called 2 days after settlement to make sure it actually went though and this is because money was released to my mum so she could use this as a deposit on her new home. Nola got paid the moment the deposit was released and as a result didn’t care for the remaining duration of the sale! Myself and my mum left countless messages and sent emails in regards to organising pre handover inspection for the new buyers to which she refused to return any phone calls or respond to emails. There was no communication on the day of handover (settlement) My mum was having to get information and insight from her conveyensor as to what was happening throughout the process. And also insight from the real estate agent who she purchased her new home from. Huge percentage charges on zero effort made. More then any other real estate locally. Wouldn’t recommend at all!!! Absolutely disgusting customer service. If you want quality customer service, with attention to detail...I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.
