I am very happy with the service Amanda has been very helpful and has got back to me straight away when I have enquires . The only thing I have a problem with is the length of time u have to fill out the entry report the last time I had 2 weeks this time I only had 7 days with moving in and being able to have a proper look I found it rushed . Everything else is perfect

It has been indeed a great dramatic recent episode regarding our property at 35 Mathews St.,Bethania when the previous tenants had to leave the property all of a sudden. My family and I have been renting in Australia for 4 1/2 Years, during which time, we have lived in 3 different rentals and are about to move into our 4th. Amanda, our property manager has been nothing short of outstanding. She came to our home with rental contracts and has even offerred to meet us at our new property on move day to give us keys to save us a trip to the office. She has been efficient and replies to emails quickly. She is very friendly and we have built a good rapport with her, I hope she remains our property manager throughout our new tenancy. House 2 Home have most definitely been the best Real Estate Agency that we have been with since arriving in Australia. At this stage, i really have not got one negative thing to say.
