Best agency on the Coast.
I could honestly not fault this agency. My partner and I were seeking a rental as our home had just burnt down and From the moment I walked in requesting rental availabilities to the moment I signed my lease they were nothing short of amazing. My property manager Tracie Denton is truly one of the kindest ladies we know. She has gone above and beyond to say the least - She not only helped us to get our home but from there she has ensured we settle into our new home with ease. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this real estate for not only those requiring rentals, but for anyone wishing to rent their home out or even sell. They really are the best on the coast.

Good communications and efficient service.
Had a tenant leave without notice. H2H were onto it and quickly dealt with the situation. A new tenant was found within a week of advertising. They were well connected with trades and cleaners to get the place ready to re-rent in a short time frame. A Landlord insurance claim was made easy with the documentation that H2H provided. Thanks especially goes to Karrine for her efforts!
