You can't go wrong
After a disappointing marketing campaign with a another agency we turned to Matt to help us sell our family home. From the start we found Matt to be honest and personable with outstanding knowledge of the local real estate market. We were extremely happy with the price he negotiated for us and felt Matt was genuinely working for us and not the buyer. We couldn't recommend him more highly.

Straight up guy, friendly and excellent communicator
We are the buyer, I understand that the seller is always trying to get as much for the property as they can, we settled for fair price. We have brought and sold many properties and the banks let us down a bit along the way this time ,so it has been 10 weeks from the time we initially signed to settlement. Matt has always been upfront with developments along the way and was a great communicator between parties to get the sale through. I think that he stays impartial and simply tries hard to get sales through. Wether you are a buyer or seller I am confident you will enjoy your experience.
