It is with great admiration I award Rob Lindsay 'Beyond 5 Stars'!

Rob hit the nail on the head straight off in the advertisement heading line regarding the very important starting price point which was spot on in line with 'the sky is the limit' approach with house prices in the Ipswich region at the time...and escalating! I knew from the beginning my investment property was in the best hands! He knows his stuff well, delivers it with professionalism, passion and expertise, instilling a calming confidence to me the anxious Seller. He then confidently got out there and achieved results above and beyond all expectations, and all in the first week! I couldn't be happier. Additionally, the Buyers, a young couple,initially also anxious, were well and truly overjoyed! .... a WIN WIN for all! Thank you, Rob!

Professional, Friendly and very Informative

We rang Bianca with regards to another property in the area that was already at the unconditional stage but was given an option on another property in the same area. Bianca arranged an inspection, we made an offer and bang we are in our new forever home. We are both very excited and Bianca made it all come together with the minimum of fuss and giving us all the answers to our questions in a short time frame. Bianca is very friendly and professional at the same time. Thanks for all your time and effort and we have already passed your name on to friends that their family are considering buying in this area. 10 out of 10 from the Martins.
