I almost didn't call James. I had sked 4 estate agents to come talk to me about selling my fairly unique property and was close to choosing one of them. An aquaintance told me about James and from our first meet I was impressed with his enthusiasm and follow through. We had a glitch in the grant of probate on the property and all through the long fifteen months it took to have probate granted james followed up and kept me informed about the market. When it came time to actually sell the property it was a no branier for me to ask James to be the agent. He clearly explained the process and got it moving within 2 weeks. We exchanged contracts before the auction date at a price above the expectation James had set but that met what I wanted for the property. James facilitated an early closing that was in both my and the buyer's best interests. James has set the bar for a good agent very high.
