Peter was great all round, the process was pretty hard for us as sellers but it was reassuring that Peter was there to guide and support us throughout. His work ethic was outstanding and we knew that he was the best guy to sell our house.

From our first meeting we appreciated Peter's knowledge of the market and honest advice. We found him to be very proactive, transparent and diligent. He was a keen advocate for our property, and strategic in his approach to marketing and planning the entire campaign. Peter is also supported by a great team, and together they made the entire process very simple from start to finish.

If you are looking for an industry standard level of engagement, outcome and product knowledge from an agent don't use David. David is extremely good at what he does. You know this when transactions don't go to plan and requires someone of his skill to get the deal across the line. That's the difference. Having the right person to handle any unforseen obstacles to acheive your goal.

We looked at a lot of properties, with a lot of agents, but Peter was our favourite. He truly went above and beyond to help us secure our new home. Moreover, it was some of the insights that Peter provided about the property market in general, that helped give us confidence in an uncertain economic environment.

From an Off Market opportunity David had our property sold within a week. Great service from start to finish.

Peter was the first agent I met and what initially appealed to me was the preparation he'd done prior to our meeting. He had done thorough research and had grass roots knowledge of my suburb and recent local sales and he came with a diarised plan as to how my sale could progress. I needed his confidence, planning and reassurance and he never failed in this regard. He is a pro in his field with humour, warmth and friendliness to boot; the perfect recipe. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always easy to get hold of. The ease of my sale surpassed my expectations and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to friends and neighbours in Summer Hill and the Inner West where his specialist knowledge is unsurpassed.

We reached out to a few different agents in the area when we decided to sell our Ashfield property. Gabriela from the start was energetic, knowledgeable and professional. Not only were we selling in difficult Covid times but the property had sentimental value, so the stress was immense. Gabriela was very transparent during the whole process, there were no surprises and we were very happy with the final result. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or manager their property.

James is very knowledgeable about the local area & made us feel secure in putting our property on the market in an uncertain environment. We’d met/engaged with James a number of times over the years for advice & market updates & he was always warm professional so choosing him was a no brainer. During the sales process he kept us up to date at every step (great summaries after listing & each open!), providing details for local trades & services & was flexible to fit the needs of our young family. It was a pleasure to work with someone who genuinely had our backs & guided us through the sale – highly recommend James & the team at Hudson McHugh.

Her sharp eye for detail and hands on approach across every aspect of the sale was admirable and reassuring that we were in capable hands. Gabriela has a wealth of knowledgeable about the local area, talks straight and steps up when the pace of sale picks up while taking the time to guide our family through the process.

We had been searching for months for our first home and must have viewed hundreds of properties and dealt with lots of agents who are just concerned with one thing. It was so refreshing to meet Gabriela, who was the first agent in our experience who was honest, straightforward and seemed to genuinely want everyone to feel well taken care of (not just the vendors). It's great to have an outcome where all parties are happy and that's thanks to Gabriela and her team! Highly recommended for a great realestate experience!
