David is a lovely guy who doesn't just know the market, he understands people. At a difficult time in the market, David found and maintained interested buyers. He quickly reads people and understands what both the buyer and seller need from him. He's a rare gem in property business!

I attended MANY opens at the property, Peter was diligent and personable throughout. Little things like remembering names and following up quickly and promptly are simple actions that can often be missed in the frenzy of activity. Peter takes the time to understand both vendor and buyers needs and is a great negotiator. He knows when to nudge (not push) in the right way to get the right outcomes for all, and does so with personality, commercial acumen and the right amount of humour. Thank you Peter and Hudson McHugh!

Peter is very professional. Always keeps you up to date with how things are progressing. Go through every possible small details before presenting your property, seeks your advise, guide you through the whole process. We are so glad that we found Peter. The way he was involved gave us assurance that we are already in safe hand before being listed and sold.

Gabriela was easy to deal with, knew the market and was courteous in all her engagements with us. Gabriela leads a 'can do' team who managed to find us a tenant 2 weeks after we exchanged contracts. We couldn't be happier with the service provided by Gabriela and her team. Thanks to you all.

Thanks David and the team for selling our property. From the beginning of the campaign, you provided clear guidance, excellent communication and were proactive with keeping us updated and with finding the right people to view and in turn purchase our property. The whole process went seamlessly and we couldn't have asked for more.

A smooth and straight forward buying experience with a property that was shown to us off-market. David was professional and easy to deal with.

From the very outset, we had complete trust in Peter. Affectionately known as the ‘Sultan of Summer Hill’, he definitely lived up to his title. He kept us in the loop the whole way through the campaign, reassured us when we got stressed and communicated effectively with both me and my partner (very different personalities!!). Peter achieved a result above and beyond what we were expecting and I would highly recommend Peter and the team at Hudson McHugh. Thanks Peter!
