Attended Open Inspections for Henry St. Agency staff were courteous and helpful. Obliging during inspection, providing access to all sections of property and offering to provide information as required following the inspection. Provided Contract papers etc promptly without delay to assist in my decision making. Auction went well and staff very helpful. I was losing bidder, and staff made offers of assistance to me in further search of a suitable property. Very pleased and satisfied with communication and assistance given. Follow up from James and Rihan, advised me of property I could be interested in (3 Rayner St. Lilyfield). Appreciated the contact, inspected with them. The property was within the criteria I was looking at (I. E. Location, 1br with parking and price range), however did not suit me. They have been understanding and very helpful to assist in finding a property. Easy to deal with.

David has been organised and efficient in the dealings with selling my late fathers home. He showed me compassion in a personally difficult process and displayed exceptional knowledge when getting the house ready for the market. He recommended and organised cleaners, rubbish removers, gardeners and stylists to have the house in its best shape to sell and alleviated the burden that these tasks can present. He offered a realistic time frame but got things moving efficiently. David and his team were exceptional. Hudson McHugh have put a lot of time into building relationships, and have a huge network of buyers on top of their extensive market knowledge.
