Hudson McHugh is a well oiled machine! Experienced, energetic and very well organised. James and his team kept us (both) informed throughout the entire campaign. Communication was excellent and information was timely. They delivered a fantastic result. We're very happy and look forward to working with James again.

It's easy to see why these guys are number one in Leichhardt! We just purchased through David and are using Hudson McHugh to sell our home. Their communication, knowledge of the area and most importantly negotiation skills are unsurpassed. My husband and I were extremely impressed and highly recommend David & James.

James provided an accurate price range for the property and provided any information I requested.

I came across David when attending open inspections in the inner west. I was impressed with his professionalism and the way that his company (Hudson McHugh) ran their open inspections and engaged potential buyers. Subsequently I engaged David to sell my apartment in Ultimo and could not be happier with the manner in which the entire campaign was run and the price achieved. The entire team were excellent. Communication was constant and I felt as if I was in the loop throughout the whole process. If you're thinking about selling, do yourself a favour and give David a call.

The Boys at Hudson McHugh are a great team - they put together a great result for us

We engaged David to sell an investment unit in Ashfield and our family home in Leichhardt, and could not be more pleased with our decision. Everything that was promised to us was delivered with dedication, relentless optimism and energy. David and his team made it so easy, from recommending gardeners, painters and cleaners, to providing detailed, timely updates throughout the campaigns. David was also instrumental in us finding the property we are moving in to. A Saturday afternoon text to let us know that another agent's property that we'd assumed to be out of our budget was passed in at auction meant we were in pole position to capitalise. We are very appreciative of the results David, James, Peter and Laura achieved for us, and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who's looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and committed professional.

Thank you David for a great result. Your experience made selling our house effortless.

David has an outstanding knowledge of the real estate market in Leichhardt and we appreciated his ability to guide us as vendors through making the decision to sell with his detailed and meticulous analysis. His support in the lead up to the auction, a time when we were feeling very nervous, helped us through the process. He was genuinely enthusiastic about our property and its potential, and we were very happy with the marketing of our home and the auction outcome.

We are thrilled with our purchase. David and his team were always available to discuss our options and answer our questions. They are always prepared to go that extra mile.
