David, James and the team at Hudson McHugh were fantastic during the sale of our home. The constant and very timely communication was exactly what I had asked for and they delivered. The team co-ordinated some work required on the property and we could not have been happier with their choices of workmen and women and also we will be using them to complete some work on our new home. Again, would 100% recommend David, James and the team for anyone looking to sell their own property!

Great marketing campaign, great database of clients so plenty of potential buyers walked through the property. I was kept well informed along the way and it resulted in a successful sale.

A great experience working with James on our recent purchase. Unlike most agents James came across genuine and honest, which are traits sorely missing from the majority of agents we have dealt with.

David and James' team at Hudson McHugh managed our investment property prior to listing it for sale. We had always been impressed with the service we received and never had any doubt that when the time came to sell, David would be our agent. Throughout the process we were impressed with his knowledge of the local market, access to investors in the area, professionalism and straight-talking approach. David and James were a great team at auction, negotiating on our behalf to achieve our expectations. Anybody looking to sell in Sydney's Inner West should definitely consider David and James.
