All team members who I have been in contact with are extremely professional, well mannered and spoken.Always very warm and friendly. Any issues, or maintenance requests? Are promptly attended to. I have actually been overwhelmed with how quick they respond to any of my requests.Over the years I have bought, sold and leased properties through many agencies? I've lived in rentals for over 20 years. Kaarina, and the rest of the staff of Hunt Realty, are by far the best agents that I've ever dealt with. I have now used Hunt Realty for my property management for almost 6 years. During this time I have always greatly appreciated the level of service provided by Hunt Realty. From first listing the properties, to finding suitable tenants and then managing the properties and tenants the service has always been amazing. The service given from all the team members always felt that of a personal level. I have also found when maintenance issues have arisen with the properties the team dealt with these efficiently and communicated easily between the tenant and myself to resolve these problems. From how the team dealt with these issues it was very clear to see that Hunt Realty acted in both the interest of the tenant and myself to ensure a mutually beneficial outcome. Even from the layout Hunt Realty provides the routine inspection reports to the clear rental financial statements it has made it very simple and reassuring having them manage my properties.
