Moving is stressful at the best of times and as a tenant trying to look for a rental you hear horror stories and I must say the whole process of finding the rental that suits us and moving in has been a smooth and easy experience with Hunt Realty. They had viewing times for the property that were suitable to working people, on time for the viewing and quick with the application response. Super nice property manager, staff, director (yes I was impressed to be speaking to the owner of the business) and truly just genuinely nice people. A couple of maintenance issues in the start that popped up but they were promptly dealt with and we are now happily settled into our new home. A good real estate agent for management of a property with good honest selection of tenants. Overall fees and charges are reasonable with good actions on maintenance issues. Only area of improvement I would suggest is management of larger improvements required by a landlord not located in Queensland.
