Ramez Riad from Hunters Agency & Co Parramatta is an optimistic professional with a 'can do' attitude! Ramez's knowledge of the market is outstanding. At the same time, he was caring and considerate and always approachable. Communication is really one of Ramez's key attributes. He stayed in touch with me right throughout the process of selling my unit, informing me exactly what was happening along the way, and also about the changes and trends in the market. I would highly recommend Ramez and the rest of his professional crew to anyone wanting to sell or buy a house.

Greg agent. Fun and friendly to work with. Great ideas if you need help sproucing up the place. Got us the best price at the auction. Very happy.

We consider Ramez as family, this is the second time that he has guided us with his knowledge in selling our home. Both times we've achieved great results, and both times and were extremely happy the Harcourts Team. Very professional and reliable, I will not hesitate recommending Ramez. p.s. The home that we are living in now was also bought from Ramez!

Ramez did a great job. Our home was unique with a level of difficulty to judge its value. We set the bar high & Ramez got us more than expected. He though manage our expectation with detailed conversation.

To whom it may concern: I would like to recommend Ramez greatly. Since we met Ramez Riad, when we’ve decided to put our North Parramatta unit on the market, his guidance, cooperation and professionalism have been nothing but first class. Ramez, just like he told us, has conducted the “pre” Auction campaign to promote the sale of our unit with enormous dedication, professionalism and successes. He has delivered on all of his promises, he graciously advised us on difficult matters as they come to hand, and most important, he has helped us to obtain what we believe to be, a great price for the sale. I will not hesitate, again, recommending to anyone in using Ramez and Harcourts Parramatta for a trustworthy and professional experience when the time comes to sell your home. Gennaro Scardinale
