We have seen Ramez Riad’s performance a lot in the Parramatta area, most recently, he auctioned a property in our street. We couldn’t believe the energy & results at his auctions, so when we decided to sell, Ramez from hunters Agency & co was the one we had to go to. He was very determined, honest, trust worthy & a really strong negotiator as he believed in our house. We met with Ramez every week during the campaign & he provided us with written and thorough reports showing buyers level of interest and feedback. Ramez had a clear and clever strategy on how he can achieve a premium price for us. While our property was on the market a similar house in the next street sold at auction for $1,450,000. Two weeks later we had our auction which had 11 bidders; Ramez and 5 of his team were running around talking & negotiating with the buyers & they ended up selling our house at auction for $1,760,000.
