Very Professional

Gave great advice on how to increase the weekly rent, very professional in organising and re-letting the property. Brian was excellent during the whole process from start to finish and kept me informed all along the way. Very pleased with the outcome.

Excellent service. Prompt, friendly and efficient.

Both Jasmine and Brian were extremely helpful throughout the onboarding and securing a tenant process. Brian kept us updated and provided valuable information and advice during the application process. The team secured a tenant with good history within a short timeframe and for higher rent than advertised, in a very easy and non-stressful way.

Friendly and Stress Free Service

I've recently rented a unit in Queanbeyan through Ian Mcnamee & Partners. The whole process was fast and stress free. The service provided by all members of staff has been professional and friendly. All the staff has been very helpful and happy to answer any questions I have had, I felt that they provided me with honest feedback about the properties I looked at and there location. Their email communication is very prompt and thorough. I definitely recommend Ian Mcnamee & Partners to anyone who's looking to Rent or Buy in the near future.
