We have had both Courtney and Alisha assist us with finding a home. Both ladies were extremely lovely and of very high value to your team. We have truly enjoyed the process of working with Ian McNamee during the process of our move. We were met with kindness, value and professionalism from both ladies. Alisha has made us feel like nothing is too much work no matter how many times I have contacted her! We wish to pass on our appreciation and gratitude.

I have recently purchased an investment property in Crestwood. As I’m based in Sydney and work full time? Weekends were my only real option to view potential properties. Steve in Sales was extremely flexible with his time and even met me on a Sunday to view a property that I eventually purchased. His aftersales service was also excellent and far exceeded my expectations. I undertook a minor renovation and Steve was a wealth of knowledge regarding local trades people. He put me in touch with Carpet layers,Painters and plumbers. These too were great people to deal with. As a result of Steves efforts I’ve entrusted the property management with Macnees as well. I’m looking forward to working with them and experiencing the same level of service that Steve has bestowed upon me Thanks again Steve it was a pleasure dealing with you

I would like to comment about the efficiency throughout the entire rental process. From the initial property inspection to the application, lease agreement, and ongoing communication, every step was handled smoothly and professionally. The inspection process was well organised, and all information was provided clearly and promptly via email and phone. What impressed me most was the communication. The team was highly responsive, and managing everything via email made the process incredibly convenient, efficient, and stress-free. Questions were answered quickly, documents were processed without delay, and I always felt informed and supported.

When I first found out my tenants were vacating, I was very concerned about finding new ones due to the current rental market. My agent was very quick in beginning the process to finding new tenants and as a result I have not received a drop in income.

My property became vacant recently and I am very happy with the way my property manager Courtney went ahead and found a new tenant. She always kept me updated and consulted me whenever a good application was received - giving her views and getting my opinion too. The property managers Ian McNamee can be contacted only by calling their office but the call is promptly transferred to the property manager or call returned as soon as the manager becomes available. Quite happy with their service too. They were always on top of the tenant ensuring proper payment of rent, reimbursement of water charges, etc. They also ensured that the property is well maintained and that I was able to inspect the property too whenever I happen to visit Canberra.
