I’ve been leasing a property from late October this year, the property immediately needed a lot of repairs. Water damage from faulty hot water system, no remote for the air conditioning, front lights not working, no key to the communal laundry, leaking toilet, and no ventilation in the kitchen area making it super difficult to cook. It took a couple months for the toilet to get fixed, and only just started working on the hot water system that has been leaking. And trying to get on top of the other isssues has been very difficult with lack of response or very slow response time from either the property manager or owner. I have to leave emails consistently before I get short responses that miss some of the things I ask. I am unlikely to recommend renting through Ian Mcnamee to anyone at this point in time, which has only been a couple of months.
