My wife and I have recently rented out our 2 BR townhouse at Karabar and have found McNamees to be responsive to our emails and with feedback as well as professional. Despite some set-backs with tenants applying then pulling out, McNamees have persisted and found some tenants for us that fit the bill. We're impressed so far!

Poor communication, lack information and detail, lost confidence in management as there appears to be little actual management, not managing the property for us - not checking, heating, cooling, not chasing keys, not having house handover list, not answering emails or providing little if any information to make informed decisions, and not providing water reimbursement- to name but a few!!!

Ian McNamee is: Well established in the area I was looking to rent and had multiple properties that were priced reasonably. Pleasant and helpful to deal with. Friendly and approachable. Always responds promptly to any queries that I have. Clear and concise on the lease and the property inspection was thorough. I found that the whole process of my application was a good experience for me and was handled fairly.
