Ian McNamee team including property manager Brian was superb in my entire rental application, which has now been approved and I am preparing to commence my stay at the new property. The rental application process was very easy and I was kept informed of every steps that they were taking. Hope this first impression continues throughout our rental stay with them. Very professional and trustworthy. Highly recommended. Thank you Ian McNamee.

From the time I went to inspect the property, applied for rental, and moving in, everything was done in good time. I had an answer to my application very quickly. Paperwork sent and signed and returned promptly. Picking up the keys was efficient and all the staff I dealt with face to face (including the front counter) were all friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. A minor issue on the day of moving in was dealt with quickly and the staff showed genuine willingness to help. It has been a pleasure to deal with this agent - so far. It has only been one month since I have moved it. Will review further down the track when I have been dealing with this agency a bit longer.

For 10 years I have owned investment properties across Australia and engaged multiple Property Managers . Courtney has been one of the most professional managers I have had worked with. She is reliable, prompt and works hard to meet owners expectations. If you want piece of mind of your investement to be well managed, I highly recommend her.
