Patchy. High Property Manager turnover
We have been with Image for many years and while the service has been good at times it has suffered in recent years with high staff turnover and property managers who are not sufficiently experienced to handle many situations. Having said that we are now very pleased to have a very senior manager step in and our experience is back on track. We expect the current standard to continue.

Very Professional and great service
A big thanks to Hayley, our property manager, for her professionalism in handling our ex-tenant, who needs to be evicted. The whole process from getting appointment at QCAT and insurance claims to letting and getting new tenants in has been done seamlessly and she always communicate with us to let us know of every development.
