Professional Team
What a pleasure it has been dealing with the team so far as this is our first Rental Property and being Interstate the whole process has been very smooth and simple. Communication and the Advertising Campaign have been excellent as we have been kept up to date with every Inspection that has taken place which made it very easy for us to make a decision on our tenants. I cant fault the guys one bit and would highly recommend their Service.

We will not recommend them!
They have been managing our property for over 6+ years. During this time, we have had many ups and downs but we have always worked with them to get all the issues resolved. We understand that things do go wrong sometimes and together we can fix it. Sadly, for the last 6 months or so (April 2022), we are very dissatisfied with level of service and advise that we are received from them. In our opinion, they have neglected our property and failed to communicate the issues. Sorry, Image I will not recommend you to anyone at this point of time!

We have been working with Image property since purchasing our property in 2019. The experience has been nothing but positive throughout. Timely communication, upfront fees, knowledge of area, effective listening, are some of the aspects and experiences we have had with Image Property. Whilst we live in another city separate from where the property is, they have made our nerves at ease with the seamless managing of the property, Highly recommend..!

Great agency, strong communicators
I have been working with Image for a few years now and they have always been professional. I am going through a tenant change now and I believe they have made the process as easy as possible on my end. They also helped me through some issues during the covid days which was very much appreciated.

My properties are managed by Naomi from the West End office. Recently Image rented three apartments, with minimal days on the market, so that makes for happy clients/ owners. Naomi is a great communicator whether it be by texts, emails or phone. In more demanding or urgent situations Naomi never hesitates to take the call or get back to me promptly.
