Although the unit was almost 20 years old, it had recently been renovated with new kitchen and bathrooms, so we were eager to find reliable tenants who would look after the place. Emily notified us in good time of the need to find new tenants, and handled all advertising, as well as viewings and inspections. She kept us informed at each step, and she dealt with all the paperwork required. We are very happy with the result of the letting, and continue to be very happy to have Emily managing the property on a day-to-day basis.
