Our tenants in our rental property were not renewing their lease. However our Property Manager, Natalie Mulcahy, was well & truly ahead of the game organising inspection days for prospective tenants. This has led to a new tenant moving in soon after previous 1 moved out at our asking rental rate. Ellen Sifonios was assigned to manage my property only very recently. It must have been a challenge to start with my tenants’ lease ending a few weeks later and looking for new tenants. Her confident and friendly manner put me at ease. She explained the process of advertising and kept me in the loop every step of the way which is very important as I have been worried about my unit being empty for a long period of time.
