Now nearly 10 years later we are looked after by his friendly, thorough and efficient staff. They are always available for my questions and updating me on quotes (even when I forget where I'm up to). The easy to use portal ,that they use ,means I can check in anytime to see how the property is running, rents received and inspections. I highly recommend Image Property - just been taken through speedy, smooth and successful letting campaigns for my new duplex as an interstate and nervous first-time landlord and I'm so grateful for them. My recently assigned property manager, Katie, has been proactive in communicating with me and inviting questions and takes initiative to provide support. Sian, who lead my onboarding and letting campaigns, is just in a class of her own among the impressive BDMs that I spoke to when researching property management agencies. Communication and customer care are exceptional - clear and regular updates via phone, email and info easily accessible on the systems that Image uses. Helpful advice, answers to questions and expertise and information always forthcoming. Informative reports after each open inspection, followed up with phone call. Flexible in balancing needs of landlord and tenant, which I appreciate. Most of all, empathy and understanding - I felt so understood and supported. Provide the information, advice and support that feels just right, and always professional and respectful. It was all reassuring and made it easier to make decisions quickly. Exceptional flexibility and speed - I was amazed that handover was arranged within 24 hours and ads were up the day after handover of keys, inspections conducted and one unit let out all within a week (including Easter long weekend) while the other unit was let the following week. Service and expertise - the Image team took care of everything to get a newly-built duplex ready for lease within a very quick timeframe, so I could just relax as an interstate landlord. Systems and processes - PropertyMe is easy to use, I've received regular emails at intervals. Can only conclude there are strong processes and systems in place as there were many people and steps involved in getting to this stage, but I had one point of contact and it has been all so speedy and smooth.

Great communication from agents, kept me in the loop the whole time, vetted potential new tenants after a lease break, and even were able to lift rent amounts 10% beyond first discussions! Followed up extremely well with exiting tenants damage and cleaning. Very happy, would definitely recommend.

My Unit was recently released to new tenants. This was achieved within 3 days of it being listed for a significantly increased rent. There were 3 potential tenants advanced for consideration and each had great merit. I appreciated being kept apprised of developments as they arose. The process was professionally handled.

We have used Image Property for 5+ years initially for our investment property then later we rented out our own home while travelling. Emily Munro has found us good tenants and assisted us with managing the aftermath of tenant problems. She is responsive, efficient and gives us excellent support across all aspects of our property management, and is a delight to work with. We don't know what we would do without her! We are impressed that Image Property regularly provide staff training and the culture set by Managing Director Corinne seems very supportive and delivers great results. Highly recommend.
