My dealings with Jessica and Image Property have been excellent. Jessica is extremely professional and consistently keeps me updated on all things to do with my rental property. I am well informed ahead of time and given various options. A great example is the recent re-letting of my property where Jessica displayed great knowledge of the market and provided evidence and options of whether to continue leasing or selling. Not only did Jessica secure an increased rental outcome, the property was only on the market for 7 days. Excellent results!!

This is a disgusting agency. I made the mistake of not checking them because they kept saying how wonderful they are. However they ignored certain instructions such as notifying me about maintenance issues, or getting more than one quote and so on. The worst thing however was that for each rental review they worked for the tenant and not for me! They recommended keeping the same rent when rents had increased by over $100 per week, even in the sane building . Image property artificially keeps rents lower than all other agents in the same suburb. I have a huge file of documentation and going to Fair Trading. As an out of state owner I relied on Image and they cheated me. It’s far easier not to put in new tenants and interview them and so on when the payback per week in commission for the increase is not worth actually doing the job they are meant to do. They just sit back and take their commission and shit on landlords.

Communication has been very poor at crucial times with no responses to emails or phone calls meaning I’ve had to follow up on things like overdue rent, tenants moving out/in and application statuses. Open homes continuously being scheduled once per week at 3:15pm on Monday afternoons is not favorable, even after telling the agent I don’t want them at that time. Pricing is competitive with other real estates although the value from Image is not really there. Will be looking at changing agents once lease is up.
