Exceptional flexibility and speed - I was amazed that handover was arranged within 24 hours and ads were up the day after handover of keys, inspections conducted and one unit let out all within a week (including Easter long weekend) while the other unit was let the following week. Service and expertise - the Image team took care of everything to get a newly-built duplex ready for lease within a very quick timeframe, so I could just relax as an interstate landlord. Systems and processes - PropertyMe is easy to use, I've received regular emails at intervals. Can only conclude there are strong processes and systems in place as there were many people and steps involved in getting to this stage, but I had one point of contact and it has been all so speedy and smooth.

Great communication from agents, kept me in the loop the whole time, vetted potential new tenants after a lease break, and even were able to lift rent amounts 10% beyond first discussions! Followed up extremely well with exiting tenants damage and cleaning. Very happy, would definitely recommend.
