I have two properties that are managed by Image and for both properties the service levels have dropped to diabolical levels. It now takes about a week to receive responses to emails if they respond at all. Requests for maintenance quotes are simply ignored and I’m constantly having to chase up the property manager for things she hasn’t done. Staff are changing regularly which means more work to brief the new starters and more headaches as work doesn’t get done. As we’re looking at selling one of our properties, we were referred to one of their sales agents who also wasted our time by trying to get us to sell for about 30% below market value.
