Very proactive property manager

I had to deal with Beau Zraikat for some paperwork for my property, and he was amazing from the beggining. I’ve never had such a nice experience with a real estate property manager as I had with him. He is very proactive and looked after us in a very good way. I could clearly saw that he cares about the job and he is doing an amazing job with customers. Excellent experience with Image Property Gold Coast

I've been really happy with the property management team at Image Property Gold Coast for my Mermaid Beach property. The team has been responsive and organized from the start, handling tenant applications and body corporate coordination smoothly. Communication has been clear and proactive throughout the settlement and lease-up process. Would recommend to anyone with an investment property on the Gold Coast.

First Apartment

Leased my first apartment with Image Property Gold Coast. Being the first time applying for any property, I felt sometimes that I got lost in the process & next steps. That would be my only concern, which was around following up with my agent a few times in order to organise my interstate move and just to fully understand what to do next and where to go. Other than that, was a good experience. Still have some hiccups to be resolved around my parking allocation but mostly to do with the apartment itself.

Bad experience, poor communication, dirty property!

We moved into the property expecting it to have been properly cleaned and prepared for new tenants, but on arrival we found a number of cleanliness issues, including faeces left in the toilet, a pregnancy test out by the hot water cylinder, toothpaste residue, dirty floors and windows, a dirty dishwasher that doesn’t even work, unemptied bins with a large number of flies/maggots, and fruit flies throughout the property, honestly I could go on. We also discovered a number of maintenance and safety concerns after moving in. What has been particularly disappointing is the lack of acknowledgement and accountability when these issues have been raised with the property manager. We have tried to communicate respectfully and give the agent an opportunity to address our concerns, but we have not felt that they have been taken seriously. As tenants, we understand that properties aren’t always perfect, but we do expect a property to be reasonably clean and maintained when we move in, and we expect our concerns to be acknowledged and dealt with professionally. Extremely frustrated and disappointed.
