We found Maarten to be a very professional Estate agent, willing to go the extra mile as we both bought and sold a property with him Would have no problem in recommending him to anyone wishing to either buy or sell, and we wish Maarten all the best in his profession.
Maarten Gravendyk
I have pleasure in recommending Maarten Gravendyk. He was recommended to me by a neighbour as an honest, hard working man I could trust. With the death of my husband after a long illness, I was faced with trying to sell a badly neglected property which had also been attacked by white ants. Maarten was sympathetic, understanding & honest in his discussions & recommendations on how best to market my property. Maarty was given a hard time by my financial advisors, who are close friends and successful business people, intent on protecting me in the absence of my husband. Maarty liased with them and kept a steady stream of prospective buyers coming through until there was a choice of 2 negotiating to purchase my "renovator". The purchasers are happy and aware of the challenges ahead having been given full disclosure and I am comfortable with the outcome, given my situation. I have no hesitation in recommending Maarty Gravendyk and wish him well in the future. Robyn Clark

Maarten was such a nice guy to deal with for the purchase of my new home. He was very positive, professional and kept me relaxed through a tricky tenant situation. We had excellent daily communication which usually ended up with a laugh. Maarten is a trustworthy guy who was very open and honest which made me feel safe as a purchaser. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market.

Maarten was at an open home we visited, we knew the house wasn't for us straight away and told Maarten this. He still took the time to answer all our real estate questions and made us feel he was genuinely interested in our plans, he has since called me numerous times with properties that might be suitable.

Maarten represented the seller however as a first home buyer we found him very good. Recommend.

Maarten is not like any other agent I have delt with over the last 25 years. He is honest and honourable. He is very aware of the market trends being able to provide accurate advice. On top of all that he is a genuine and good bloke.

Maarten was very helpful and openly communicated with us from the beginning to the settlement of our home. The negotiations went smoothly and Maarten achieved a good price for our purchase.

Maarty was recommended to me by a friend, and now I am happy to do the same. I found Maarty to be extremely professional, kept me updated at all times, very knowledgeable and really worked hard to sell my property. I felt he always had my best interests at heart and I was able to rely on his advice and I trusted his judgement. It was an absolute pleasure having him market and sell my property.
