David Deane has been managing my rental properties (2 off) for a number of years. I have had other properties managed by other agents so in comparison, I would say the David Deane out ranks the others. The service has been excellent with prompt follow up when required. The tenant selection has been excellent. I have not suffered any problems from tenants. When existing tenants have given notice to end the lease, the team at David Deane has found new tenants to move in almost as soon as the previous tenants have moved out. Maintenance issues have been minimal and dealt with quickly and economically. I will continue to employ David Deane for my rental property as long as I have it.
