When I approached David and Deane I had just bought a property that needed some work and I was living interstate. Paula happily took over the job and managed the project seamlessly without myself having to be onsite. All of the work I had asked for came under budget and within the timeline. David and Deane were easily able to lean on their list of reliable tradespeople. The place looked fantastic upon completion. Paula was also able to find a tenant within 24hrs of the property being listed for the price I had hope for. I couldn't recommend Paula or her team at David and Deane any more highly.

Viewed the house on Thursday morning. Got a call mid day to say I got it. Paid my bond that afternoon. Moved in Saturday. Super fast, and felt like the whole office was working to make it happen for me and with my short time frame. Super friendly and very helpful. David Deane has been managing my rental properties (2 off) for a number of years. I have had other properties managed by other agents so in comparison, I would say the David Deane out ranks the others. The service has been excellent with prompt follow up when required. The tenant selection has been excellent. I have not suffered any problems from tenants. When existing tenants have given notice to end the lease, the team at David Deane has found new tenants to move in almost as soon as the previous tenants have moved out. Maintenance issues have been minimal and dealt with quickly and economically. I will continue to employ David Deane for my rental property as long as I have it.
