Absolutely incredible!
In a time of cutthroat real estate agency these guys really took the time and went above and beyond to help a family find there home, absolutely amazing people to deal with that's for sure! It's so good to see that there is still a real estate agency out there that genuinely cares about there tenants and there well-being and not just another number on the cards. Couldn’t be happier.
We were approved fairly quickly. We were notified of every step from the moment we handed the application in to the moment we moved in. Any maintenance work that needed to be carried out from the entry report, was booked in within 3 days of handing it back. They’ve been understanding in all types of scenarios and very quick to make sure they get back an answer pertaining to maintenance etc. 10/10 our my books.

Good Agency
I have had my property under the management of David Deane Real Estate for several year. There have been a number of minor administrative issues during that time, however, once these issues were highlighted, they were rectified relatively quickly. Overall, they provide a good service & look after both the tenant & us as owners. A win-win for all concerned.
