Fantastic Agency with Brilliant Customer service
Fantastic Agency with Brilliant Customer service. I am very impressed with the professionalism of all of the staff and found them extremely accommodating to my needs. Easy property letting for time poor landlords
I was referred to Paula at David Deane by Mark after purchasing a property through the agency. In a word, the process was simple. Due to work commitments my availability leading up to letting the property was limited, but Paula demonstrated patience and followed up where necessary to ensure an outcome was achieved. The rental return is in line with my expectation and the term is favourable to my needs. Paula was able to secure a suitable tenant within one week and after a single open home. Communication and service was great.
