We were happy with the initial contact with the agency when entering into the leasing agreement, the advertising and the inspections. However we weren’t particularly happy when the property manager told us after the tenants had paid their bond that they wanted a 6 month lease, when we initially agreed to 12 months. We also had a few things to do in the house before renting it (water compliance and smoke alarms) which the property manager was to arrange for us. They booked the services/repairs for different times than we asked, (one the week before and one for the day after) which we found out when the service men arrived at the house. We have also followed up to get a copy of the lease agreement and entry condition report after the tenants had moved in, but are yet to receive it. Tenants have been in a week now.

I moved in with the promise of having house deodorized as it stunk of cigarettes smoke but this has not happened and many other issues including mice and i have phoned, and emailed real estate agent and still today have no response. This house is not worth $430 per week when my health has also been affected since moving in, sorry David Deane but noone wants to listen
