Couldn’t be happier.
We were approved fairly quickly. We were notified of every step from the moment we handed the application in to the moment we moved in. Any maintenance work that needed to be carried out from the entry report, was booked in within 3 days of handing it back. They’ve been understanding in all types of scenarios and very quick to make sure they get back an answer pertaining to maintenance etc. 10/10 our my books.

Good Agency
I have had my property under the management of David Deane Real Estate for several year. There have been a number of minor administrative issues during that time, however, once these issues were highlighted, they were rectified relatively quickly. Overall, they provide a good service & look after both the tenant & us as owners. A win-win for all concerned.

On the ball.
The team at David Deane were on the ball when a tenant decided not to renew here lease and gave two weeks notice. The property was advertised. We had a new tenant moved in 4 or 5 days after the other had left. Everything was done promptly and without fuss.

Most Amazing, Personalised & Understanding Real Estate!
David Deane has been amazing to us. Incredibly understanding and they catered to our needs. One of their employees Richard helped us find out new home, that suited our needs so quickly after the home we were looking at sold. It was so personalised, we absolutely loved it. I think I will stay with this real estate from now on and I would 100% recommend to all my friends and family.
