He gave advise on presentation and repairs that should be completed and then mediated between my ex and I to make it all happen. His team was able to obtain a contract on the house in a week of it going on the market for a much higher price then I was hoping. It was immediately obvious why the sellers used Mark Rumsey to sell their house. He was available, knowledgeable, clear and informative to the point that we were comfortable signing a contract within a day of the property being advertised. This was not a facade to get the sale and continued after we went unconditional as we made arrangements with him and the sellers to build a fence for our dogs prior to occupation. Given there experiences as a first time buyer we would have no hesitation using Mark if we were to sell in the future.
