We met with a few other agents when choosing to sell our house but we were immediately impressed by Mark's knowledge of the local area and his long-standing career in the region. Mark is very experienced and easy to talk to. We originally purchased our house from David Deane in 2016 and are selling it again now. Mark gave a fair and reasonable evaluation- he didn't make any unrealistic promises and has been very upfront. Communication has been excellent throughout the process. The house sold quickly- we had offers after only one week! Mark and Douglas have been very helpful and we would buy or sell with David Deane again!
