We called Mark, due to meeting him some years ago, and his attitude and performance at that time with neighbours and we never considered selling at that time. We arranged a meeting only to get an appraisal and consider options. He was prompt, well presented and very relaxing but professional and at the end of that meeting we signed a contract for him to sell, with no pressure from him, it was his attitude and professionalism. He was excellent to deal with and very efficient and sold our home three days after it was listed for the Price agreed on initially, well above our expectations. His assisted us in all aspects and kept up informed, throughout the entire process and afterwards. His skills and knowledge could not be questioned. It was a pleasure to deal with Mark and we would recommend him to our friends and others.
