Mark found the type of property that we were looking for in the area that we wanted to be (not to far from our granddaughter!!) and our offer was quickly accepted. We then listed our own home with Mark to sell. The final offer on our house was for a little bit less than we were hoping but Mark had a chat with the owners of our soon to be new house and they lowered the purchase a little. At the end of the day the deals were done, we sold our property and we bought our nest egg home. This would not have happened if not for the communication and negotiational skills of Mark and his team. We found that the agent was a bit pushy at first to get the contract signed but then again this was the first property we purchased and thus wanted to make sure all the i's were dotted and t's crossed, ensure that this was the property we wish to purchase. However, after signing the contract, Mark's assistant, Luke, has been there every step of the way and we very much appreciate his assistance in getting us through the issues that arose, many due to the virus outbreak and subsequent lock down, until well after settlement.

I used Mark Rumsey to sell my mother's home. Sadly she has moved into care. Mark was recommended to me by a friend of my mother's and from the moment I contacted him he was "on it". I live in Melbourne, so his knowledge of the area and his guidance in relation to the marketing of the property was invaluable. Mark was a great help with all aspects of the sale, including advice on how best to present the property and had tradespeople on hand to help with getting the property to market. The market went live on a Thursday and after the first open house weekend, the property was sold!!! Great result given these very uncertain times. Mark was always available at the end of the phone, extremely professional and very easy to deal with. Would highly recommend to all.
