Mark was at all times accommodating and professional to enable us to purchase the lovely cottage we have now. We were also very happy with the presentation of the whole property after having been tenanted with no rubbish etc lying around which made it much easier to move in. We were very happy with the outcome on the sale of our house. Mark set our expectations high in terms of price we could achieve, but delivered with the result. He provided sound advice when we were offered below our asking price in the first few days on the market. Mark and his team seemed to be available at all hours. He was on holidays overseas for part of the time our house was on the market and his colleagues did a great job in his absence. Like others, he does use a bit of the usual real estate agent talk, but based on the outcome, would recommend!
